Cancellation & Refund Policy

This cancellation refund policy (“Policy”) applies to all medical tourism services (“Services”) purchased by [Name of the Customer] (“Customer”) from Care 360 Plus Limited (“Company”) through its website

The Customer has the right to cancel the Services within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email without giving any reason. The Customer must inform the Company of their decision to cancel by sending an email to The Customer must also return any documents or materials related to the Services that they have received from the Company within 7 days of cancellation.

The Company will refund the Customer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice or the returned documents or materials, whichever is later. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used to pay for the Services. The Company may deduct any costs incurred by the Company due to the cancellation, such as cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels, or medical providers.

If the Customer cancels the Services after 14 days of receiving the confirmation email, or does not show up for their scheduled flight, hotel, or surgery, they will not be entitled to any refund. The Customer may also be liable for any damages or losses caused by their cancellation or no-show.

This Policy is part of the distance sales agreement between the Company and the Customer and is governed by Turkish law.
