This distance sales agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Care 360 Plus Limited (“Company”) and [Name of the Customer] (“Customer”) for the purchase of medical tourism services (“Services”) offered by the Company through its website www.care360plus.com.
The Company is a licensed and registered medical tourism agency that provides various services such as hotel bookings, medical consultations, surgery arrangements, and post-operative care. The Company works with reputable and accredited hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other service providers in Turkey.
The Customer is a person who wishes to purchase the Services from the Company through its website. The Customer has read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by them.
The Services are described in detail on the Company’s website. The Customer can select the Services that suit their needs and preferences and place an order by following the instructions on the website. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
The Customer can pay for the Services by using a credit card, or other methods accepted by the Company. The payment is processed securely and confidentially by a third-party payment provider. The Customer will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and a voucher for the Services after completing the payment.
The Company will deliver the Services to the Customer as specified on the Company’s website. The Company will provide the Customer with all necessary information and documentation related to the Services.
The Customer has the right to cancel the Services within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email without giving any reason. The Customer must inform the Company of their decision to cancel by sending an email to info@care360plus.com. The Customer must also return any documents or materials related to the Services that they have received from the Company within 14 days of cancellation.
The Company will refund the Customer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice or the returned documents or materials, whichever is later. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used to pay for the Services. The Company may deduct any costs incurred by the Company due to the cancellation, such as cancellation fees charged by hotels, transport or medical providers.
If the Customer cancels the Services after 14 days of receiving the confirmation email, or does not show up for their scheduled trip, hotel, or surgery, they will not be entitled to any refund. The Customer may also be liable for any damages or losses caused by their cancellation or no-show.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, or changes in laws or regulations. The Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer them an alternative solution or a full refund.
The Company is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, deaths, damages, losses, or claims that may arise from or in connection with the Services. The Customer is solely responsible for their health and safety during their travel and medical treatment. The Customer is advised to obtain adequate travel insurance and medical insurance before purchasing the Services.
The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Turkey and their country of origin while using the Services. The Customer also agrees to respect the culture, customs, and traditions of Turkey and behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards the Company’s staff and partners.
This Agreement is governed by Turkish law and any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
By purchasing the Services from the Company’s website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
